It was a pleasure to meet Ron and his very friendly team.
HMO’s Tested
I’ve visited two properties that had been converted to HMO’s (House of Multiple Occupancy). The landlord is letting the units out to corporals companies that look after vulnerable children and people. It’s important to ensure these vulnerable people are looked after and are living safely.
PAT Testing ensure these vulnerable people’s Portable Appliances within the property are safe for them to use. 2 flats were visited within a mile of each other, 19 appliances were tested at a flat cost of £50. Each appliance got their own label, with unique barcode and a report provided for each HMO.
